Hey there, I'm Katie, the founder of Dark Blue Nutrition, bringing you virtual nutrition education and coaching services right from the heart of Colorado's awe-inspiring landscapes.  

 

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer, I'm here to empower individuals like you to liberate themselves from restrictive diets and adopt a mindful approach to nourishing your body. While my specialty lies in PCOS nutrition, I'm also passionate about working with folks striving for diverse nutritional goals. These encompass achieving blood sugar balance, discovering your ideal healthy weight, and regulating hormones to address concerns such as amenorrhea, fertility, and cycle regularity.

 

My mission? To empower both men and women to optimize their hormones and health so they can see amazing, life-changing results like: improved mood and decreased depression and anxiety (including anxiety with food), finding their ideal body weight with ease, clear skin, blood sugar stability (no more hypoglycemia), and so much more.

 

As an RD at Dark Blue Nutrition, it's my goal to help you address the real root of hormonal imbalances, not just quick fixes and extreme diets. 

Furthermore, as a person who has struggled with their relationship with food too, I understand "health" isn't just about what's on your plate. It extends to your relationship with food, your body, and your inner voice. That's why, in addition to managing your nutrition, we'll focus on your inner motivations, mindset and limiting beliefs.
