About Your Dietitian

Registered Dietitian. Personal Trainer. PCOS advocate. INFJ energy.
I help women—especially those with PCOS—ditch the overwhelm, the food guilt, and the all-or-nothing mindset that’s been holding them back for years. My approach blends evidence-based nutrition, realistic movement, and a whole lot of grace.
Because let’s be honest: you’ve probably tried every quick fix out there. But the truth is, lasting change doesn’t come from extremes—it comes from understanding your body and building habits that actually stick.
I work with women who are ready to feel strong, nourished, and grounded in their health again—without obsessing over food, fighting their bodies, or burning out in the process.
And if you’re wondering about the name, Dark Blue Nutrition—it was originally inspired by a favorite Jack’s Mannequin song, but it’s taken on more meaning with time. As a color theory nerd and intuitive thinker (hello, INFJ!), dark blue represents depth, introspection, and a kind of quiet strength—the same qualities I aim to bring into my work.
I’m also a content creator on YouTube, where I share real-talk videos about PCOS, blood sugar, fitness, and life behind the scenes as a working mom. Whether you're here for coaching, self-paced courses, or content that makes you feel seen—you’re in the right place.
